Bati Custom
The Pegassi Bati Custom is a new bike exclusive to the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony for Grand Theft Auto IV. It is a custom drag racing version of the Bati 800. The bike is fitted with sponsor logos and an extended swingarm. The Bati Custom has excellent handling as well as speed. This bike is driven by the Uptown Riders.

Locations
- Regularly found in traffic at the intersection next to the North Holland hospital while the player is riding a chopper
- Can sometimes be found driving around Northwood.
Notes
- This bike is very rare, but when driven there are hundreds of other Bati Customs driving around Liberty City
- When driving a Bati with the Redwood painjob, the only other bikes around you have the same logo
- When taken to the Pay 'n' Spray, its color will not change
