Beachgate is a small neighborhood in southeastern Broker, Liberty City. It is bordered by Crockett Avenue to the north, (Firefly Projects), Shinnecock Avenue to the west (Firefly Island), and an unnamed body of water to the south and east.

Character

Beachgate is a very affluent, gated community, housing a number of mansions with sports cars on their driveways. The neighborhood is separated from the rest of Broker, giving it its own personal, unique feel that is unmatched by any other areas in the borough.

People of interest

Mikhail (until his death) and Ilyena Faustin reside in a mansion at the very southern end of the community's main street, Shinnecock Avenue.

Influence

Beachgate's real life archetype is Coney Island's Sea Gate neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York.

Transport

The Liberty City Subway does not provide service to Beachgate. However, there is a station in nearby Hove Beach.
