Big Smoke's House is the home of Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris, known simply as Smoke. The home is located in Idlewood, Los Santos, a Ballas controlled district, and is located close to Ganton, a Grove Street Families controlled district. Smoke's early missions take place from his home.

This house is the second clue that Big Smoke plans to abandon the Grove Street Families. The first is his new car, a teal Glendale, which he purchases at a high rate. Carl Johnson always questions why Smoke chose to move into Ballas turf, while Smoke retorts by diverting attention to some other topic or states that he merely wanted to move away from the hood. Both the house and the car hint that Smoke has more cash than he is seemingly earning. Other clues of his future betrayal include C.R.A.S.H. officers frequently visiting his house, and newly sparked rivalries with foreign gangs including the Russian mafia.
