William "Bill" Burr (born June 10, 1968 in Canton, Massachusetts) is an American actor and stand-up comedian who has appeared in television shows such as Law & Order, Chappelle's Show and as one of Saul Goodman's right hand men in Breaking Bad. He provided the voice of The Lost Brotherhood member Jason Michaels in Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned.
