William "Bill" Burr (born June 10, 1968) is an American actor and stand-up comedian who has appeared in television shows such as Law & Order and Chappelle's Show. He provided the voice of The Lost Brotherhood member Jason Michaels in Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned.
