Billy Dexter is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a radio show host in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. In 1992 he was the host of Entertaining America on WCTR, a talk radio station. He had wanted to call the show Stack the Dex, but was unable to change the name. He planned to interview Richard Goblin, a chef, before being fatally and accidentally shot by Jack Howitzer. Dexter was later replaced by Lazlow, with Howitzer later be put on trial for the murder of Dexter.

He is evidently a follower of the Epsilon Group as he uses their saying "Kifflom".
