The Biplane is one of the only two airplanes found in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The aircraft is slow and forgiving, though useless for aerobatics. It is also very vulnerable to crashes, even a slightest one can destroy the Biplane immediately. The Biplane bears similarities to the Rustler and Stuntplane's from GTA: San Andreas.

Once entered, the Crims on Wings side mission starts. Another Biplane is in a hangar south of the airport on the PlayStation 2 version, it starts the Hyman Memorial O.D.T. side-mission.
