Blaine County is a desert region in Grand Theft Auto V. It is, according to Game Informer, based on area around the Alamo Sea. The population of Blaine County consists mostly of drug addicts, or "meth heads". There are also many bikers. Blaine County may be an amalgamation of Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
Known residents are Trevor and Ron.
