The Boatyard is located in Southeastern tip of Viceport. By 1986 it would be bought by Tommy Vercetti. It is believed he uses the boatyard as a drug importing front, then sends it over to his other front in Little Havanna, Cherry Poppers, which is a drug front. The boatyard also provides Tommy with unlimited supply of the fastest boats to date.
