Booby Prize is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories given to protagonist Toni Cipriani by Maria Latore from her home in the Saint Mark's district of Portland Island, Liberty City.
Mission
Toni drops by Maria's apartment in Saint Mark's and finds a letter, with Maria explaining she's put herself up as first prize in a race. Maria, using Salvatore's increasingly paranoid state of mind, to get Toni into the race. Toni wins the two lap checkpoint race using a PCJ-600. He tells Maria that they should leave but Maria, initially thinking that Toni was taking her out, declines and goes with Wayne, another contestant in the race. The two drive off, going to a party.
Script
Maria Latore (voice, reading letter): Dear Toni, I've put myself up as the first prize in a street-race. If Salvatore finds out about this we're both going to be in big trouble. So you'd better come and save my ass... then maybe it'll belong to you! Forever yours, Maria.
(Toni wins the street race)
Toni Cipriani: Come on Maria. Let's go.
Maria Latore: Well, finally! Tough guy makes his move.
Toni Cipriani: Look Maria. You're Salvatore's girl...
Maria Latore: I'm my own girl! ...you're such a God-damn square! Come on Wayne! Let's party!
Salvatore's Post-Mission Phone Call
Salvatore Leone: Anthony? It's Salvatore. Have you seen Maria? I swear I can only find that bitch when she needs money! Come on over and see me soon. I got some work for you.
Reward
There is no monetary reward for completing the mission, but the mission unlocks the mission Biker Heat for Maria and Contra-Banned for Salvatore, along with the Red Light Racing race.
