CERO
CERO (The Computer Entertainment Rating Organization) is the organization that rates video games and computer software in Japan with levels of rating that inform the customer of the nature of the product and for what age group it is suitable. It was established on July 2002 and used the ESRB as a model.
Grand Theft Auto game ratings
So far the only three Grand Theft Auto games have been released in Japan. They are all rated Z, requiring the player be over 18 years of age:
