Cap the Collector is the second to last mission in the game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Brief
Sonny Forelli is getting angry that you don't have his money. He decides to send his goons to tax your businesses to get his share of the money. Tommy doesn't want that to happen though, and goes out to kill them.
The Mission
The goons will be shown on the radar. Simply follow them and knock them off their bikes, run them over, drive-by, or get out and shoot them to death.
Script
Tommy: Ok what's the emergency. WHO?
Earnest Kelly: Tommy... some mob thugs... said they'd come to take their cut... said it was a Mr. Forrello's money... ugh! I feel like crap.
Tommy: Forelli? SONNY Forelli?
Earnest Yeah that's the guy... I think... they were very insistent.
Tommy: Don't you worry pop, I'm not angry with you. Get him to the hospital.
Earnest: Tommy, rip that guy a new asshole for me.
Tommy: I'm gonna rip him two!
(If the player gets out of a vehicle and aims at the Forelli goons, one of the following lines may be said:
Goon: It's the Harwood Butcher.
Goon: You're gonna die real soon.
Tommy: You tell Sonny, stay away!
Tommy: Vice City is mine now, not his!
