After the cutscene, drive [[Phil]] to the the [[Steed]] in [[Leftwood]]. Drive the truck to the boatyard on [[Charge Island]]. When you arrive, pull up into the marker. Two men will walk up and start talking to Phil. The guts will suspect something is up and attack with Carbine Rifles. Protect Phil as he runs to the back of the boatyard. After the long shootout, take the marked boat in the back. Follow Phil to the docks in [[North Holland]]. During the ride, three boats will start to chase and open fire. Do not let the attckers kill you or Phil or else, mission fail. Make it back to the jetty, alive, and mission complete.
