Customized vehicles refer to vehicles which have been designed to appear with an already heavily modified appearance. Vehicles listed in this category include any form of custom cars (including hot rod), vehicles tailored for motorsports, and generally any other vehicle which is already available modified.

This categorization is not to be confused with vehicles (i.e. in GTA San Andreas) which require visits at modification garages to be customized, or variants of vehicles used for public services (i.e. police cars).
