This is a list of Characters in the Grand Theft Auto series, listed between the letters F and I, and lists characters by surname. When surnames are not available, first names are used and then nicknames. To find characters whose names are known but are better known by nicknames (such as Melvin Harris, known better as Big Smoke), you can use the Find function. To access this, press the Control (Ctrl) and F keyboard buttons at the same time.

Some characters listed may appear in other Rockstar Games titles, such as Manhunt and Bully, but are listed here as they are in so way related to the Grand Theft Auto series. The characters listed either appear or are mentioned in a Grand Theft Auto game, or there is speculation they appear (such as Jimmy Hopkins supposedly appearing in GTA IV). Fabrizio Fabrizio is a member of the Rednecks gang. He is the son of Pa Wayne and has many siblings, including Bob, Joleyn, Mary Beth, Jethro, Seth, Lazy Balls, Peter Lee, Boff, Sammy Jo, Teri Barbara, Maggie May, Bonny, Jonny W., Billy Bob and Bobby Bill. Appears in: 2
Jeremy Fagin Jeremy Fagin is a supporter for the Citizens United Negating Technology For Life and People's Safety. He resides in Los Santos. Appears in: LCS
Anna Faustin Anna Faustin is the daughter of Mikhail and Ilyena Faustin. At one point she dated Jason Michaels of The Lost Brotherhood. She had lived with her parents in Beachgate, Broker until her father was killed by Niko Bellic, who had killed her boyfriend. Anna begins to date again but Niko puts a stop to the relationship. Ilyena Faustin is the widow of Mikhail Faustin and mother of Anna. She meets Niko Bellic through her husband and after his death, asks Niko to help end her daughters new relationship, for fear Anna is being convinced to become a stripper. Voiced by: Marcy Maguigan.

Mikhail Faustin
Mikhail Faustin is the forty-five year old leader of the Faustin Family, husband of Ilyena and father of Anna Faustin. He owns the Perestroika cabaret club and runs his criminal empire through Dimitri Rascalov. He employs Niko Bellic and later has him kill Lenny Petrovic, which leads to his own death at the hands of Bellic on orders from Rascalov and Konstantin Petrovic. Voiced by: Karel Roden.

Fedrico is a criminal and drug dealer based in Trenton, Liberty City in 2000/2001. He is killed by Mike on orders from Vinnie and the Mafia (presumed to be the Leone Family). Appears in: A
Betty Feeley Betty Feeley is a campaigner who in 1984 was looking to change American economic policy. She had been a manager for American Motors for eighteen years before being laid off due to the influx of cheap imported cars. She then went on welfare and became a prostitute to support herself. Appears in: VCS
Felipe Felipe is an American businessman based in Liberty City who uses the Outsource for America group. Appears in: IV
Jimmy Fence Jimmy Fence was a member of the band The Toilet, which also involved Bernard Gordon (Crow). Fence is reportedly the reason for the group breaking up, wanting royalties for songs he claimed to have wrote. Appears in: LCS
Fernandez Fernandez is a member of Los Cabrones who is sent by Umberto Robina to pick up a package from Downtown, Vice City, in competition with Victor Vance. The player can kill Fernandez. Appears in: VCS
Fingers Fingers works for Jack Parkinson and robs a bank, using the protagonist as a getaway driver. Appears in: L 1969 and L 1961
Trudy Fink Trudy Fink is a reporter for the Liberty Tree newspaper in 2001. Appears in: III
Adam First Adam First is the co-host of The Wave 103 in 1984 and, by 1986, the stations sole host. He dislikes music videos and enjoys hand gliding. In 1992 he phones in to the WCTR show Area 53 saying that he saw a man at a trailer compound performing strange rituals with a Domestabot. Voiced by: Jamie Canfield.

Colonel Fitzgibbon Colonel Fitzgibbon is a retired army colonel who works with 'victims of liberalism' in Liberty City. Appears in: III
Mitt Fitzsimmons Mitt Fitzsimmons is the retiring LCPD police commissioner in 2008. Appears in: IV
Pat Flannerdy Pat Flannerdy, known as Mr. Zoo, is interviewed on KCHAT in 1986. He is removed from the studio by his doctor and reveals that he is just a very mentally sick man and is taken to a mental clinic Voiced by: Carl Dowling.

Beatrix Fontaine Beatrix Fontaine is the host of the Public Liberty Radio show The Séance. Voiced by: Ilyana Kadushin.

Darius Fontaine Darius Fontaine is the founder of Inversion Therapy who in 1992 phones into WCTR's Entertaining America. The shows host, Lazlow, has a restraining order on Fontaine. He is a rival of Cris Formage. Voiced by: Danny Burstein.

Bryan Forbes is a government agent, who also uses the name Agent BF, who in 1984 employs Lance and Victor Vance. Lance and Victor kidnap Forbes, after finding out that he is an undercover agent, and eventually kill him after a failed escape attempt. Voiced by: Daniel Oreskes.

Jenna Forbes Jenna Forbes is an actress based in Los Santos who is interviewed by Lazlow on WCTR's Entertaining America in 1992. Voiced by: Laura Bykowski.

Franco Forelli Franco Forelli is the Don of the Forelli Family in 1998. He controls Mayor Roger Hole until Hole is killed. Franco may have died when Fort Staunton was blown up by Toni Cipriani. Appears in: LCS
Giorgio Forelli Giorgio Forelli, also spelt Georgio Forelli, is a high ranking member of the Forelli Family who in 1984 is a loan shark. By 1986, however, he was on trial for fraud and was being represented by Ken Rosenberg. The charges were later dropped after Tommy Vercetti 'persuaded' the jurors. Giorgio is the cousin of Sonny Forelli. Appears in: VC and VCS

Mike "Lips" Forelli is a high ranking member of the Forelli Family who is killed by Claude in 2001, on the orders of Joey Leone. Appears in: III

Sonny Forelli
Sonny Forelli is a high ranking member of the Forelli Family and is suspected to be the Don of the family in 1986. He manages to get Tommy Vercetti released from prison and sends him to Vice City to get a stake in the drugs trade. This fails and, when Tommy establishes himself in the city, Sonny goes to take over but is killed by Tommy. Sonny had resided in Liberty City and is the cousin of Giorgio Forelli. Voiced by: Tom Sizemore.

Dwayne Forge
Dwayne Forge is an Afro-American ex-convict who was sent to prison in the early 1990s and was released in 2008. He employs Niko Bellic to help get his life back on track, although Niko can later has the choice to kill him or Dwayne's former protege and power rival Playboy X. If Dwayne is spared, he heads the North Holland Hustlers once again and later sends help to Niko when needed. Voiced by: Devin Richards.

Lianne Forget Lianne Forget is the news anchor on WCTR in 1992 and is dating reporter Richard Burns. She may also be the news reader in Liberty City in 1998, as the voice is performed by Sharon Washington. Voiced by: Sharon Washington.

Cedric Fotheringay Cedric Fotheringay, also known as Wayne, is the leader of the Biker gang in Liberty City. He briefly dates Maria Latore but is killed by Toni Cipriani after hitting Maria. Appears in: LCS
Tommy Francovic Tommy Francovic is, in 2008, a criminal in Liberty City who is wanted by the LCPD for racketeering. He can be killed by Niko Bellic, depending on the players choice. Appears in: IV
Frank Junior Frank Junior is, in 1998, a child resident of Liberty City who was blinded by his brother Jeremy after playing with Vivisection. Appears in: LCS

Freddy Freddy is a member of the Los Santos Vagos who lived in Los Flores before being killed by Carl Johnson and OG Loc (Jeffrey Cross). Freddy had insuated that he and Loc engaged in homosexual activities whilst in prison, which leads to Loc and CJ killing him. Appears in: SA
Freddy Freddy is an associate of Jonnie who has, according to Jonnie, 'been playing me for a fool with marked cards'. Jonnie sends Mike to collect some money from Freddy, as he owes money to King Courtney. The player has the chance to kill Freddy if they wait for him to get more money. Appears in: A
Freddy Freddy is a British man who in 1986 resides in Vice City. He phones K-CHAT asking Gethsemanee Starhawk Moonmaker to spank him. By 1992 he has opened up a company called Hampshire Nannies. By 2001 he has moved to Liberty City and asks Lazlow about nannies in America, stating he needs to be spanked. Appears in: III
Jonathan Freeloader Jonathan Freeloader is co-host of VCPR, alongsideMichelle Montanius, from at least 1984 and until at least 1986. He has a disliking of Maurice Chavez. Voiced by: Pat Olsen.

He employs Niko Bellic, Roman's cousin, until Niko discovers he has had an affair with Roman's girlfriend Mallorie, resulting in Niko killing him. Voiced by: Misha Kuznetsov.

Gonzales is the right hand man of Juan Cortez who, in 1984, is stealing part of Cortez's drug shipments for himself and employs Victor Vance. He becomes involved with Ricardo Diaz, who discovers Gonzales' antics, and informs him of the planned deal between the Vance Crime Family and the Forelli Family, which he is later killed for by Tommy Vercetti. Bernard Gordon Bernard Gordon, otherwise known as Crow, is an English rock star with the bands The Ambulance and The Toilet. He had split from The Ambulance in 1984. He is interviewed by Melissa Chowder in 1998 for her radio station, Breathing World on LCFR. Voiced by: Gregg Martin.

Luigi Goterelli is a high ranking member of the Leone Family who runs Luigi's Sex Club 7, with Mickey Hamfists. He runs the club in 1992, but by 1998 loses the club to the Sindacco Family, regaining the club in 1998 thanks to Toni Cipriani. In 2001 he hires Claude to do various jobs and introduces him to Joey Leone. Voiced by: Joe Pantoliano.

Grand Master Grand Master works for Sunbeam, leader of the Hare Krishna, and is protected by Claude Speed from The Zaibatsu Corporation. Appears in: 2
Brother Granpaw Brother Granpaw is a member of the Brotherhood of Jah Army of Love and may be the grandfather of Brother Marcus. Appears in: 1

Jon Gravelli (1923-2008) is the Don of the Gambetti Family, having become Don in 1978, and the father of Jon Gravelli, Jr.. He became a patient at Schlotter Medical Center in 2005 and was charged with racketeering by the LCPD in 2006. In 2008 he helps Niko Bellic find Darko Brevic, pointing him in the direction of United Liberty Paper. He later dies, after Niko exacts revenge on either Dimitri Rascalov or James Pegorino, prior to stand trial. Voiced by: Madison Arnold.

Jon Gravelli, Jr. Jon Gravelli, Jr. is the son of Gambetti Family Don Jon Gravelli. He was disowned by the Gambetti Family due to his cocaine addiction. He is heavily in debt, although his father ensures that people do not collect payment on his debt. Appears in: IV
Martin Graves Martin Graves is a technologist who appears on VCPR show Pressing Issues in 1984. He believed that in the future robots would take over manual labour by 1989. Voiced by: David Deblinger.

Hank Hank is a member of the Trailer Park Mafia and is based in Vice City. Hank works for Marty's loan shark business near Escobar International Airport and takes a delivery of stolen goods from Victor Vance. Appears in: VCS
Hans Hans is, in 2001, mentioned on radio advertisements for the Medievil Millenium Fair. He is described as a 'mysterious prancing German' who will help people rid their condos of vermin, although a penny whistle is also needed. Appears in: III

Maude Hanson owned the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory in Vice City before selling the company to Tommy Vercetti. She had previously run a childrens home but now has an extreme disliking of children. Melvin Harris, otherwise known as Big Smoke, was a high ranking member of the Grove Street Families. He left the Grove Street Families and joined the Ballas and C.R.A.S.H., becoming the biggest drug dealer in Los Santos. He also managed OG Loc (Jeffrey Cross) in his rap career, before being killed by Carl Johnson. Voiced by: Clifton Powell.
