Charlie

Charlie was the name of an undercover LCPD officer. He was assigned to go undercover as one of the buyers of Elizabeta Torres' drugs. At the deal, Elizabeta herself didn't come and instead sent Johnny Klebitz, Playboy X and Niko Bellic to it. When the deal was taking place, Charlie acted too nervous and blew his cover, and ended up getting killed by Elizabeta's replacements.

James Yaegashi, who voiced San Fierro Triads leader Wu Zi Mu in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, provided the voice of Charlie.

Trivia

  • A man working for the FIB named Agent Jones will later call Johnny, stating that Charlie was a colleague of his, and asks Johnny to give information to the FIB. Johnny, staying loyal to The Lost Brotherhood, refuses to do so.
  • He bears a striking resemblance to Johnny Gat, a character in Saint's Row, which is considered to be a GTA Clone.
