In the PC version of GTA 2 the player can't use the debug mode in normal circumstances (like [[GTA1]]'s [[Cheats in GTA 1|porkcharsui]]). It can be used by third party hacks, download this file: [http://gtamp.com/GTA2/powerpatch.zip]. Import the registry key and then run the 'gta2 manger.exe'. Then you should have a debug tab.
