A Chisel is a weapon similar to the Screwdriver from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City that has appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. It spawns in an alleyway in Bedford Point across the upcoming TW@ Internet Café and is dropped along with a Stubby Shotgun by Cedric "Wayne" Fotheringay when he is killed by Toni Cipriani.
