Citizens United Negating Technology
Citizens United Negating Technology also known as C.U.N.T., is a local organization trying to ban the Internet in Liberty City. They are heard about in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. By the 2001 setting of Grand Theft Auto III, the organization itself becomes C.R.A.P. - Citizens Raging Against Phones, and focuses on banning cell phones and car phones in Liberty City. The advertisements most frequently appear on LIPS 106, the local pop music station. The radio commercials is about how 9 out of 10 kids are getting "preyed" upon, by perverts, sicko's, and pedophiles. They also have 2 commercials telling the people that their kids can learn how to make MACE, or nuclear bombs, just by getting on the internet. It also gives the internet the blame for broken families.
