Clay Jackson, also known as "The Pain Giver" or even "PG", is a secretly-gay ganster rapper whose boyfriend is a man named Jacob. He visited Hercules in The Ballad of Gay Tony and was hounded by paparazzi, while he and Jacob were hiding inside Clay's tinted PMP 600. Luis Fernando Lopez rushed to his rescue and delivered him, Jacob and the car back to the Majestic Hotel. Clay denies his homosexuality and claims that he only went to the club to watch sport and that he can't stand gay people, although he admits to Luis when he outruns the paparazzi.

Clay Jackson could be a reference to real world rapper, 50 Cent, known as Curtis Jackson. Both share the same initials and last name. In 2008, Clay released an album of ballads entitled "Love isn't a Crime". He has also unsuccessfully tried his hand at acting (one paparazzi shouts at him during the Hercules incident "how does it feel to be the worst actor in America?").

Jackson is voiced by Brooklyn rapper Poison Pen.
