Cletus Ewing is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a Strangers and Freaks character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is voiced by Ian Scott Macgregor.
Character history
Cletus Ewing is, in 2013 a resident of Sandy Shores, Blaine County and possibly a former member of the US military. He has Trevor Philips shoot three satellite dishes and they then visit the abandoned motel in Sandy Shores, where he has Trevor shoot three tires on moving vehicles on the freeway and then shoot three coyotes. The two then go their separate ways, but Cletus phones Trevor and the two meet near a lodge in Blaine County. There he teaches Trevor how to hunt, in particular elk, with Trevor shooting three elk. He later tells Trevor that he can earn money by hunting and selling him the remains of elk, cougars, boar and coyotes to him.
