|Toni returns "casually" to Liberty City in the outfit that needs to be worn a lot during the beginning of the game. If you don't want to be recognized by fellow rival gangs, then you need to wear this to disguise yourself. While taking missions from JD O'Toole, the Leone Suit and the Casual Outfit will most likely be the only clothes in your closet. So wear this to look "less conspicuous".
