# I think GTA5, should have a Hispanic character, or Asian (Chinese, Korean, etc.), or customizable like Saint's Row. Also, it should be in San Andreas, because there is 3 GTA's set in Liberty City, 2 in Vice City, but only 1 in San Andreas. It should take place in the 90's. You should get to choose which gang/criminal organization, to be afilliated with. Also, you should get to have conversations with random citizens. At least, one time in the game you go to prison, and break out. They should have gangs based on real life gangs, like Surenos, Nortenos, Bloods, Crips, etc. If you join a gang, or organization, there should be ranks.
