**could you make a gta mmo? Multiple cities, at first in the states but eventually cities from around the world. You could completely customize your character, and depending on what race/ethnicity you chose you can only join certain gangs. The race/ethnicity would also limit starting cities. Real time combat, and leveling up is more about npos you can run as a gang, weapon choices and money made. There are a lot of things to work out, but you wouldn't have "casters" and "healers" at least not in the traditional mmo experience. Buying clubs being a pimp, a drug runner, a human trafficer, a narc or even a cop, an assainan/hitman, bank robber, and even a terrorest are all possible jobs for the player.
