The Costa Rican Gang is gang of Costa Ricans smugglers that resides in Vice Port. Ricardo Diaz sends Tommy Vercetti to retreve the fastest boat from them at the Vice City boat yard because he wants the fastest boat and wants it to stay like that. They wear brown leather jackets and blue jeans.
