The crack den is featured in the mission Cleaning the Hood. Ryder comments on the crack den implies that the crack den is a hotspot for smoking crack. The interior is only accessible during that mission or during Burglar side missions, however, a lot of ballas are inside and will be almost impossible to rob anything. It can be accessed outside the mission through the use of cheats (inlcuding exploration of the Hidden Interiors Universe) and modifications.
