Curtis Stocker

Curtis Stocker otherwise known as The Dine and Dash Killer or Double D for short is a cannibalistic serial killer that appears in Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned. In the mission "Off Route" Johnny Klebitz breaks Stocker out of prison along with a number of white collar criminals.
