DJ Paul
DJ Paul is an English DJ on Vladivostok FM who plays live at the Bahama Mamas club in Liberty City during The Ballad of Gay Tony. He is one of the witnesses amongst the many club-goers to Luis Lopez shootout with the security and murder of Vic.
