DeSean is, in 2008, a member of the Uptown Riders and is constantly seen with fellow Uptown Rider member Malc. He is also an associate of Johnny Klebitz and The Lost Brotherhood.
He joins Johnny and Malc in Hit the Pipe, Heavy Toll, Shifting Weight, and is shot and rescued by Malc and Johnny in the first Random Character encounter from Malc.
In Heavy Toll, he is one of the members who take over the toll booth for ambushing a van full of coke.
In Shifting Weight, he is the person who Johnny needs to defend (along himself and Malc). In this mission, DeSean performs some stunts while being pursued by LCPD where Malc responds: Do you want to get yourself killed DeSean?.
His bike is unique because of the paintjob, and can be obtained after Malc's first random encounter.
