Dinghy
The Dinghy made its first appearance on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and is also available on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is the smallest boat on both games, being able to only hold one person on it. It is of a pontoon type boat, and has two motors making it the most manouverable boat on the games. It is also lightweight, so it has the possibility to go very fast. Disappointingly, the dinghy does not burst when shot.
