Head over to Mr. Fuk's Rice Box in Alderney. The waiter will state that Mr. Young-Guk is in a meeting with the manager upstair. After a few seconds, he will pull out a gun and try to shoot Niko. Fight your way to the manager's office (there's a flying rat on the upper level, so letting an RPG off the chain may be a good idea) and threaten him to find out when Young-Guk is. The manager will say that he has already fled through the kitchen. After he exits the kitchen, he will try to escape in a PMP 600. Luckily someone has "conveniently" left a motorcycle for you. If you have Packie's special ability to use car bombs, you can plant one on the car before you even enter the restaurant.  It's parked too far back for you to plant it immediately, but just enter it, move forward, plant it, and you're all set. (Guk does not care if the car is parked differently.)
Trivia
*If you steal one of Kim's henchmans car, one of the goons will still come out of the sunroof and aim his gun even though you are driving.
*It is possible to re-enter the restaurant if you use the "detonate-the-car" or "shoot from above" options to take out Kim. For some reason, however, if you called in Dwayne's backup, they will have vanished. Also, if you go downstairs you might see some pedestrians sitting at the bar drinking coffee, oblivious to the firefight (and lack of staff).

Guk always goes for the car first.  Blast through the restaurant, let Guk get in the car, detonate the bomb and ringa ding ding!

Trivia

 • If you steal one of Kim's henchmans car, one of the goons will still come out of the sunroof and aim his gun even though you are driving.
 • It is possible to re-enter the restaurant if you use the "detonate-the-car" or "shoot from above" options to take out Kim. For some reason, however, if you called in Dwayne's backup, they will have vanished. Also, if you go downstairs you might see some pedestrians sitting at the bar drinking coffee, oblivious to the firefight (and lack of staff).
