Doris, credited as Taxi Controller, is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. She is voiced by Debbie Harry, lead singer of Blondie.

Doris is the dispatcher at Kaufman Cabs in Little Haiti, Vice City, and by 1986, has been working there several years.[1] Tommy Vercetti purchases the company, and, when asked, tells Doris that he is not part of any gang; she notifies the drivers that there is a new boss, and that "the Vercetti Gang is gonna make sure we get no trouble".[2] She tasks Tommy with jobs for the Kaufman Cabs asset through the dispatch radio.
