Double Cleff FM is a radio station from Grand Theft Auto III

Double Cleff FM, which is hosted by the decidedly creepy 'Morgan Merryweather' (voiced by Gerry Cosgrove), plays a selection of popular sequences from various classical operas. The station may be based on WQXR. All the recordings belong to Opera d'Oro Records and Allegro Corporation.

In the game, Double Cleff FM is the favorite radio station of the Leone Mafia Family, which makes sense - all of the pieces featured are by Italian composers or in Italian themselves.
