The Dragon Heart Plaza (龍心廣場) is a commercial building featured in the Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars renditions of Liberty City.

Description

Located in Chinatown, Algonquin and bordered by Diamond St, Albany Ave and Bismarck Ave, the Dragon Heart Plaza is a massive multistorey building with an evidently Oriental architectural design, being based on the real-life 241 Canal Street (former Golden Pacific National Bank) in New York City's Chinatown.
