Duane DeVane is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series and appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Duane DeVane is a member of the Sharks and resides in Vice City in 1984. He is similar in appearance to Moe Lester. His name is a take on drain the vein.
