In a secret mission, he can be murderd by the protagonist.

Events of GTA III

El Burro is the head of the Diablos gang in GTA III, based in the Hepburn Heights area of Portland Island, Liberty City. El Burro is in a turf war with both the Leone Family and the Triads, having won the turf after a gang war between the Leone Family, Forelli Family and Sindacco Family in 1998. The Diablos later enter into a gang war with the Uptown Yardies after making derogatory remarks about Queen Lizzy. El Burro gives missions to Claude in order to help his pornography business, which includes the selling of the Donkey Does Dallas volumes. El Burro supplies magazines to, and may own, the XXX Mags shop in the Red Light District. El Burro has been involved in the pornography business since at least 1986, as in GTA Vice City, Ricardo Diaz destroys his VCR for eating his El Burro movie in the mission Supply & Demand. However, the VCR turns out to have been unplugged.
