El Swanko Casa is a house in Vice Point, Vice City, south of the Shady Palms Hospital and northeast of the Vice Point Pay 'n' Spray. It is one of the safehouses in GTA Vice City and can be bought by Tommy Vercetti for $8,000. There is a swimming pool and garage, which can store one vehicle, on the property.
