FBC Financial Group

FBC Financial Group or FBC Bank is a finance group that is funding the Porter Tunnel development in Liberty City, which is being led by Winston Cole. The tunnel, completed in October 2001, connects Portland, Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale, the company faced delays of the completion of the Porter Tunnel, which was scheduled for completion in March 2001. The company headquarters which is the third tallest building in the city is located in Torrington on Staunton Island. The company could be based on the PNC Financial Services, as the name gives some similarities with the RBC Bank.
