Fatal Incursion is a heavy metal band mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V. Jimmy De Santa is a fan of the band as he has several posters featuring the band's logo. Also, one of Trevor Philips's associates wears a jersey with the band logo on it.

The band's logo includes several symbols often associated with heavy metal bands: a pentagram for the first "A" in "Fatal", an anarchy symbol for the second "A", an inverted cross for the second "I" in "Incursion", and a skull in place of the "O".
