Faustin's mansion is the home of Faustin Family leader Mikhail Faustin, his wife Ilyena Faustin and his daughter Anna Faustin in Grand Theft Auto IV.

Faustin's Beachgate mansion in GTA IV.

Description

Located in the affluent Beachgate district of Broker, Liberty City, several missions from Faustin in GTA IV start here, and it is where the player first encounters him. On the driveway by the mansion, Mikhail's Turismo will usually spawn, unlocked, an unusually good car for the stage in the game at which the player is at. In several missions, Ilyena's white DF8-90 will also appear.

After Mikhail's death, Ilyena and her daughter are forced to sell the house to pay debts. She spends much of her time at the local amusement park, where the player may encounter her as a random character.

The unsightly A/C units in the upper windows, as well as the detached garage, suggests that the Faustin residence is a historic home that has been sloppily renovated over the years. Some of the real-life mansions in Seagate (which Beachgate is based on) date back to the 1890s.

Trivia

  • Around the back of the mansion, go around past the parked Turismo, turn left. And near the back doors, there is a long red blood stain leading to the Firefly Island Beach.
  • The radio station that plays in Faustin's mansion is Vladivostok FM.
