Fidel Sistaxez is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Sistaxez is a member of the Mendez Cartel and resides in Vice City in 1984. His name is a play on the phrase fiddles his taxes.
