Flashback FM is an Oldies Pop station in Liberty City. In Grand Theft Auto III, the DJ is Toni who also appeared as a DJ in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. However, in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, the DJ is Reni Wassulmaier, a character who also appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. His transsexual status is portrayed in Vice City Stories where he had his operation to escape the Mendez Brothers. Both incarnations of this station play music almost exclusively by Giorgio Moroder. The GTA III playlist is notable as all the featured song are from the Scarface movie soundtrack.
