Flatline is one of the last missions for Pegorino. It involves taking out Pegorino's best guard in a hospital in Alderney.

-In this mission for [[Jimmy Pegorino]] you find out Anthony is in the Hospital and Jimmy wants you to head over there and kill him. You'll need to drive down, enter the hospital without a weapon drawn since there will be cops all over the place. When you've entered the Hospital walk (never run) to the Changing room where you'll find a [[Clothing in GTA IV|scrubs]] outfit to change into. After changing make your way towards Anthony's room, stand next to his bed where you'll be alerted with an option to unplug his life support. After you've killed him you will receive two stars before you can exist the hospital, exist, shake them off and the mission will be complete. After his mission the scrubs outfit will be acquired
