In this mission for [[Jimmy Pegorino]] you find out Anthony is in the Hospital and Jimmy wants you to head over there and kill him. You'll need to drive down, enter the hospital without a weapon drawn since there will be cops all over the place. When you've entered the Hospital walk (never run) to the Changing room where you'll find a [[Clothing in GTA IV|scrubs]] outfit to change into. After changing make your way towards Anthony's room, stand next to his bed where you'll be alerted with an option to unplug his life support.
