Mysterious building between Las Payasadas and Valle Ocultado
What is the purpose of the (inaccessible) big building sticking out of the mountain by the road between Las Payasadas and Valle Ocultado? There is a parking lot in front of it (always empty). Could it be underground shelter entrance?
