Plane in GTA IV: Difference between revisions

This forum topic is about GTA IV and appears in the GTA IV Portal.

I thought there weren't goingt to be planes in GTA IV, but then I found this screen. OekelWm 14:29, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Good find. THey did say there wouldn't be planes (cos theres nowhere to fly to) but there would be helicopters. That is probably just an intangiable plane which flies in the background, like in GTA Vice City. But you never know... Gboyers (?) 15:03, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

True, but you'll note that that screen also shows Niko wearing gloves, which also aren't in the game. There aren't any planes, but with helicopters, who really needs them? Dylnuge 22:41, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

planes are fun to fly, but helicopters arent as much fun. I would rather have a plane than a chopper.

The planes are in the sky flying around but you can't fly them. They are just to add background and substance to the game, and you can usually go to Francis International Airport and see them taking off. You can't exactly re-enact 9/11 without the Twin Towers, where are you getting your information from? AtomicLlama 10:40, September 20, 2010 (UTC)
