Does the Territory Glitch for GTA:SA work on the PC version, or only on the PS2?
It works since you use Savegame Editor. This tool allows to control Ballas, Vagos and GSF turfs in not only LS but in SF, LV, countryside and desert.
Small warning: It will NOT work in modded savegames.
