Franco Forelli is the Don of the Forelli family in 1998. He is diminutive, very greedy, has Mayor Roger C. Hole in his pocket, and has always been a thorn in Salvatore Leone's side. Although he never appears in the game, he is mentioned quite often by Salvatore. It remains unclear if Franco is killed in Fort Staunton when explosives planted by Toni Cipriani destroys the district.
