Franco Forelli is the Don of the Forelli Family in 1998, the setting for Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He is diminutive, very greedy, has Mayor Roger C. Hole in his pocket, and has always been a thorn in Salvatore Leone's side. Although he never appears in the game, he is mentioned quite often by Salvatore.
