Franco Forelli is a character in the 3D Universe who is mentioned in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He is the Don of the Forelli Family.

Character history

Franco Forelli is, in 1998, the diminutive and greedy Don of the Forelli Family and member of the Sicilian Mafia who controls the Mayor Roger C. Hole. He uses the Mayor to aide his criminal activities and to hinder those of the Leone Family and Sindacco Family. Salvatore Leone mentions him often to Toni Cipriani and it is confirmed by the mayors assistant that the Sicilian Mafia are having Franco cause a mob war. This is to allow the Sicilians to takeover the city, which Franco is unaware of, with Toni making sure he did not find out. It is unknown if Franco was killed in the Fort Staunton explosion caused by Leone made man Toni Cipriani (as the Forelli's based themselves in Fort Staunton).
